Ek het n lekker vet agterkwart gekoop, hang al vir 10 dae.
Sny dit kwart op in biltongvleis, mince, wors en steaks.

Maar nou wil ek weet, is steaks die moeite werd of gaan dit n mors wees? Baie mense se dis taai.

Ek het laas jaar n hele C graad bees bewerk... het hom vir 27dae gehang tussen 2 en 4 grade.

Steaks was heerlik, baie geur. Dit was sag ook

Soos Bees sê, verouder die steaks en jy sal nie spyt wees nie.

A graad proe na niks maar is sag.
C graad moet mens bietjie rypmaak maar proe darem na iets!

Kan ek die steaks laat verouder as dit klaar gevacuum pak is? Bees word more bewerk.

Het gedink om steaks( 1 per sakkie) vir jog so 7 dae in yskas te hou voor ek dit vries.

As hy taai is laat die steaks 1 uur in pynappelsap lê (dit is nou 'n vars pynappel se sap uit gedruk)of miskien korter anders gaan hy heeltemal uit mekaar val.

Die beste veroudering is teen 4 grade. Vakuumverpakking help juis omdat dit die suurstof uithou.
