Die mosterd is die geheim van hierdie boud se lekkerte.
Genoeg vir 6 mense
Bereiding: 10 minute
Gaarmaaktyd: minstens 4 uur

2,5 kg lamsboud met been
sout en vars gemaalde swartpeper
60 ml (¼ k) aangemaakte mosterd
5 knoffelhuisies, gekraak
2 takkies roosmaryn
olyfolie
8-10 aartappels, geskil en in kwarte gesny

Voorverhit die oond tot 160 °C .
1. Maak ’n paar diep kepe in die vleis. Geur die vleis met die sout en peper en smeer die hele boud met die mosterd.
2. Druk die knoffelhuisies binne-in die kepe. Kap die roosmaryn fyn en sprinkel dit oor.
3. Bedruip met die olyfolie en sit die boud in die oond. Bedruip die vleis met die pansappe wat vorm terwyl dit bak.
4. Sit die aartappels by die boud in die bak ’n uur voor die gaarmaaktyd verstreke is. Bedruip met die pansappe. Bak die aartappels tot bros.
5. Sny die vleis in skywe en sit saam met die gebakte aartappels voor.
