 Post subject: Skaapboud in die Weber

Probeer gerus hierdie resep. Ek het hom vandag gemaak in die Weber en dit was baie gaaf.

Benodig:
1 skaapboud (hierdie een was 3kg)
500ml suurlemoensap
1 knoffel huisie of knoffelvlokkies
2 uie
Sout, peper en aromat
Brandewyn (verkieslik KWV)

Ontbeen die boud. Maak 'n mengsel aan met die suurlemoensap, knoffel, sout, peper en Aromat. Lê die boud vir 'n dag lank in die mengsel saam met die uie wat ringe gesny is. Onthou om die boud om te draai sodat altwee kante ewe lank in die mengsel lê.

Wanneer die kole reg is, draai die boud in foelie toe en laat dit vir 'n uur lank bak in die Weber. Haal die foelie af en laat hom bruin word vir nog so 'n uur en 'n half in die Weber terwyl jy sit en die KWV geniet.
