Springbok loin
Netvet
Spices (Sout, peper, koljander)

Draai netvet om die springbok loin.

In die oond met hoe temp. (of Braai) vir 10min

Nou het jy super sagte vleis, sal nie droog wees nie, met lekerrrrr vet

As ek mag...... koop bees murgbene. sny die stuk steak halpad in lengte en stop daardie murg daar in en maak hom daarna met die netvet toe!
