Goeie morê kêrels

Ek is opsoek na 'n betroubare slagter in die Kaapstad omgewing wat wildsvleis kan bewerk vir kaasworsies, salami, biltong, droewors ens. Ek het altyd van De Rix gebruik gemaak, maar hul vat nie meer privaat vleis in nie.

Weet julle dalk van so ou?

Ek het gehoor dat Glass Slaghuis in Parow goeie diens lewer aan jagters. Ek het ongelukkig nie hulle kontak besonderhede nie.

n vriend van my het my ook al na hulle verwys tov dit. Hy laat verwerk al sy vleis by hulle.

Ek self gebruik Tara slaghuis in Goedemoed, Durbanville. Sover nog nie 'n probleem gehad nie.

La Rhine tussen Wellington en Malmesbury baie goed, maar in seisoen is hy kwaai besig so maak nie bederfies soos Salami, kaas grillers ens. nie.

Vir my is daar net een ou en dit is Christo Smit van La Rhine slaghuis gelee so halfpad tussen Malmesbury en Wellington. As ons van die Karoo se kant af kom en deur die tonnel is dan stop ons sommer eerste daar nog voor ons huis toe gaan.
