If their research is correct then the world drastically needs to implement a hunting/gamefarm conservation model like SA and Namibia. In SA, our game population is estimated to have increased by +-400% since 5 or 6 decades ago. By contrast, in Kenya they have lost 50%-80% (depends on the source) of their game since 1977. Oh wait, 1977 was when hunting was banned in Kenya.

Try to explain to an emotional tree-hugger that we murderous hunters have to execute more animals in order to save them.......

The problem is the "Bambie" point of view. Their perception is that all animals should live happily in peaceful co-existence until they die of contentment in their old age. They cannot see that "protecting" all elephants results in them destroying all of those trees the very same greenies wish to hug. Thereafter the whole herd (and other animals) dies from hunger once they've destroyed their own habitat. They refuse to acknowledge the brutality of nature when a predator hunts and kills prey, with no ethics involved. Their idea of conservation is flying to some exotic destination for a fund-raising event.
