Dagse manne!

Mag ek asb weer vandag op julle staat maak vir julle goeie en vriendelikke raad? Ek is besig om bietjie af te wyk van my metodes wat ek vroeer gebruik het om wors en biltong te maak. Wil bietjie ander beproefte resepte ook die jaar probeer. Mens raak mos maar moeg vir dieselfde smaak elke jaar.

Ek het maar altyd die ou staat maakers gebruik soos Hunters biltong spice en Safari en daai wat ons manne maar almal ken. Maar is daar dalk iemand wat nou regtig n' uitstaande mix het wat hy self meng. En ook dan wat die ratio is per kg wat jy hom dan opgooi.

Ek soek basies n' resep soos wat die ou mense gebruik het, iets wat net koljander, peper en sout bevat en se bruinsuiker. En hoe meer koljander hoe beter, ek vrek oor baie koljander

my Pa gebruik daai resep. sommer vir braai, biltong, wors, als.
baie lekker.
growwe sout 3 eetlepepls
growwe peper 1 tee lepel
bruin suiker 1 tee lepeel
koljander 1 eetlepel

dit was my Ouma se resep gewees.
