Hallo
Ek soek idees om ons versameling russian en wors resepte meer te maak, ons maak lemonpepper en kaas russian wors, dan het ek jalapeño en spek resep hier op forum gekry, ek dink feta en peppadew kan ook goed werk, help asb met nog geure wat julle al gemaak of laat maak het??

Perske Boerewors.

Gebruik jou normale boerewors spice. Laat le gedroogte perskes in warm water tot hulle sagter is. Sny in kwarte. Maal dan saam met vleis. Gebruik so 1kg droe perskes op 30kg wors.

Jy kan hom nog n chilli flake ook bysit vir die snaaks wees.

Ons het al n paar geure laat maak want ons is nie mal vir koljander nie. Van die was heuning & mostert, chutney & gemmer, sout & peper, teriyaki sous, blou kaas en vye, knoffel & kruie.
Volgende wil ek perske of appelkose & fetta kaas probeer.

Ek het ook hier in Frankryk 'n baie lekker tipe wors leer ken - Merguez - hier is 'n resep:

1/2 pound venison fat
1/2 pound pork fatback
34 grams kosher salt, about 3 rounded tablespoons
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
2 teaspoons black pepper

2 teaspoons ground coriander seed
1/4 cup harissa
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/3 cup water
Sheep casings

Traditioneel word hy gemaak met 100% skaap. Dis vrek lekker.

Gaan kyk gerus op die ou se webtuiste, hy het resepte vir freaking alles!

Ek het so ruk terug koedoe wors geeet wat die man KCG wors noem.
Kaas, chilli en garlic. Dit was nou vir jou blerrie lekker. Hy brand effe maar was van die beste wildswors wat ek al geeet het.
