Ek hou nogal van die Manfrotto tripods, hulle ballhead werk baie glad en as jy hom vasdraai dan bly hy daar. My ervaring met die cheapy tripods is dat hulle nie baie stewig is nie, en die verstellings sluit nie mooi vas nie.

Basies, wat goed werk vir kameras werk goed vir spotting scopes. En onthou, elke geringe vibrasie word vermenigvuldig op afstand.

Manfrotto of SLIK. SLIK is goedkoper, maar daar is meer opsies met ball heads en toevehore vir Manfrotto. Ek het myne al n hele paar jaar, en al sy meganismes is nog soos nuut.

I make the Bisley type spotting scope stands, fully adjustable and very stable.

We have 10 in production, 8 already sold, current price R2100.

We have made more than 100 of these stands for the Bisley and F Class shooters.

The centre tube is 800mm long, the height is adjustable, so can be used prone or in a seated position.
