Ek ken nie resepte nie, maar ek weet Crown National se Safari Chili bite spice is erg lekker!

Step by step guide..
Step1 : Sprinkle a layer of spices in the empty container. Cut Silverside into desired strip size and place in container until the first layer is done.
Step2 : Sprinkle some brown vinegar and spice ontop of first layer and repeat step1.
Step3 : When done, transfer contents of container into a Ziploc bag and make sure everything is properly covered in spice/vinegar mix.
Step4 : Clean up... Yes the floor too.
Step5 : After about 4-6 hours hang in dryer (mine is homemade)
Step6 : (The Hardest part) Should be ready in 2 - 3 days.
I normally use Crown Nationals Chilli Bite spite, but add some more chilli powder to it as it is not strong enough to my liking...

Ek het 'n rakkie gemaak met voeeltjiesif wat in my biltongkas pas.As jy die chillibites daarop pak droog dit sommer gou.
