Was wondering that instead of just disposing of the snake, why not skin it and preserve the skin for maybe a useful item later.

Can this be done?

No, I'm not considering it as a commercial venture. Just the ones we unfortunately have "no choice".

If you want to preserve, place in bottle and fill with formalin.
