Just to clarify - is it 33 animals in total and if so what will be the ratio between the animals listed.

Sorry tripod, it is compresses and I can not seem to fix it.
The first digit is the package number, the second is how many hunters and the third is how many of each specie.
Eg : 1st one - package number 1 for 3 hunters shooting 3 of each of the animals listed
Thanks for pointing it out to me.

Hi Wayne
I realise you are only trying to help a friend, but this price list is one of those mentioned in other posts that create more questions than they provide answers.
It is mentioned that accommodation is not included. Is accommodation available at all? Is it mandatory, if so why not provide the price?
I also assume VAT is included ant that there are no hidden costs associated with guides, skinning, cooling facilities, vehicles etc. No mention is made of the amount of days allocated to actually hunt all the animals included in a specific package.
I tried to find some of the answers by actually visiting their website but only found prices in USD. In addition on the website it is listed for bow hunting only!
I assume that these packages is part of their species/numbers management program so may be restricted to non-trophy animals (juvenile rams) and/or female animals only?
Maybe getting a detailed typed info sheet from your neighbour and uploading it as a document could clarify some of these points. I ask this since it actually looks like a nice opportunity depending on the fine print.
Regards.
Fanie

Fano, all valid questions, give your mail add. and I will forward the info to you. I can not seem to get the excel file to load here on the forum. You will then see that you have nailed quite a few things on the head. Vat is something that was not taken into consideration, so as I see it, it is a cash price, but if you can claim back on it, vat will be added as far as I am concerned.
No days were allocated, it is up to the group.
As I said, We are trying this and trying to improve on places where we have herd complaints, like the number of days. I have heard it said that some hunters wished they had 1 more day as they had seen a trophy that was not on the list, but the owner had agreed that he could hunt it, but he was out of time etc.

R600 vir akkomodasie per nag dis met catering ingesluit. Self catering is R300. En R250 dagfooi. Net ooie in die pakkete dis jammer maar n kudu moet darem horings he. R100 vir n bobbejaan

Douw, Luan has answered your Questions, but if I could get your mail address I will send you more info. Yes, you are reading the package details correctly, the price for the 9 animals only would be R9300.

Everyone, please feel free to comment on the deals been offered, I would like to hear comments so that I can go back to Gary with suggestions, we have to start somewhere.
He also has a bush camp with hot water donkey etc, so if that is the type of accommodation you want, let us know so that we can get it fixed up. As I said, I am trying to get forum friends to visit our area and help a friend.
The game is in good nick and the hunts will be good.
The wild cattle are also worth looking at.

Hi to all that I have sent information. There might be a slight misunderstanding. The last column showing what is left, is actually a few extra animals on there own, the only package that is booked is number 1, hope this helps or sorts confusion out.

feedback would be good. Are packages competitive, price of animals, species wanted or not wanted, accommodation prices, distances from home etc.
