Goeie Dag Manne
Kan iemand my dalk help met 'n begin lading vir die .375 Ruger? Inligting as volg:
Geweer: Howa .375 Ruger
Loop Lengte: 609mm
Max TPL: 87mm
Dop: Hornady
H2O Kapasiteit: 101.2gr
Koeƫl: 300gr PMP SP
Kruit: VV N550
Ek het gedink om so op 84mm TPL te begin met 77gr kruit?
Ek wil graag die roer reg kry voor die naweek se BASA skiet. (Alhoewel ek vermoed ek gaan sleg naam weggooi

)
Vriendelike Groete
Marius

Are you loading to achieve best accuracy or just a mild point and shoot load ?

Very good question. I would prefer an accurate load. I chewed on this a bit. If recoil becomes unbearable, we can revisit. But I am not really recoil shy.

I would start at 74.0 grains
Accurate node will be between 2530 and 2560 fps depending on the powder BRF
Max pressure should be at +- 2650 fps
Do not exceed 2650 fps

Start at 74 and load in 0.5gr increments?
What effect would crimping have on pressure and velocity? Would you advise crimping?

I would load in 1.0 grain increments until i get into the node speed band as mentioned above and then stop
Just do not exceed 2650 fps
A light crimp will help to reduce bullet setback in the magazine
