Good morning.
We have some amazing suppliers.
The guys at Shotduino are absolutely one of them.
As sometimes happens with a brand new product, even with all their in-house testing, sometimes a gremlin creeps in.
They have found a small design flaw where the timer does not switch on. They found it to be due to excess movement of the screen, which they have now solved.
If, at any time, you experience this problem, please contact us. We will make arrangements to get the timer back to them to have it fixed ASAP. They will also be upgrading the software free of charge to Version 2.1.
Your courier fees will be refunded as your timer is sorted out.
