Andrew and I out last night, Food, Paljas sukimaat, Vlekkie 1. The third one we could not find in the grass, will go back on Sat and look.
Found him, about 25m from where we were looking.

Went for a drive this morning and found a lamb eaten. Paid these two scoundrels a visit this evening. Good reply to Mooihuil, then got them in on klein hasie.

I was a little lucky with the female, as you can see, the shot is a little far back, as I squeezed the shot off, she started moving, fortunately speed kills, 22-250 got there in time to save me, about 150m.

Andrew and I went out last night, wind was bad until the moon went down, then it seemed as if the world came alive. The first 2 we left as proof at the Farmers gate.

Ombu stel Roep, Rooi Aleen, Mooihuil - All used, and klein hasie, springbok dood and springhaas Jason. We found that it was taking between 1 hr and 1 hr 30 for them to come in. Patience was the key.

Wayne how do use ombu stel, especially in this time of year? Do you conclude a session with it by playing it after something like mooihuil?

I use it first up, sometimes only the first part of it and then play it again all the way through as a reply and then just sit and wait.

Wayne,Chuck,Theedge dankie.Bly ek kon kat kry voor hy groter skade doen.Die jakkalse hou my op oomblik aan raai.Dis werklik eerste keer in paar jr wat hul 2mnde my met rus laat.Ek gaan nie daaroor kla nie en weet dit kan oornag verander.Cobus looi hulle dis lekker om te hoor hoe val hulle.
