foxseeker dimmer

Please can someone tell me how to wire this dimmer. It has 2 blue wires and 1red and 1black .surerly black and red to battery but the 2plain blue wires are confusing me. Ive blown the fuse so will only try connect when I get some advice thanks in advance

The dimmer shows you how to connect it.
On the face where the wires come out it shows as follows:
12v DC - This goes to the battery.
Connect red to positive and black to negative.

Lamp - This goes to the spotlight. Connect this either way.

Thanks geno i had it like that but when I tested this afternoon i burnt fuse. Must have a short somewhere

Replace the fuse and switch the red and black wire.

Thanks I came right the plug i was using had a small short
