9mm Propellant?

Hi gents

I have always reloaded with mp200 for my 40s&w but I am starting with 9mm now, I still have mp200 which is very old but still sealed and can be used, I have just acquired German Vectan 9.5 will be reloading 124gr FMJ from frontier. I this powder any good and what is a good starting load?
Fiocchi primers
MP200 and Vectan.
