There are two private companies who wanted to battle foot and mouth disease.
The one is in Pretoria where some of the Onderstepoort personnel now work. They wanted to import the vaccine but the state revoked their license/permit.
The other is a laboratory near Malmesbury who wanted to produce the vaccine. They were disbanded and the people are now without work.
In both cases the state apparently stated that they will import the vaccine.

Net so, die olifant in die sitkamer, ons dilemma. Jan Publiek word aan die neusring deur burokratiese rompslomp rondgesleep…so lank as moontlik wyl daar geoes word totdat uitgeput is, waardetoevoeging is ‘n vloekwoord vir die sosialiste.
