Try 39.9gr for speed of 2510fps. Pressure 52K psi.

51.8gr = 2770fps
54.2gr = 2880fps. Pressure 61K psi

As pressure increases speed might also be higher than calculated. Start 0.5gr lower with the upper load and check speed.

I see the pressure for the .308 load you suggested is quite low, is there a safe node that would get me to around 2650fps

The 20 inch barrel limits your speed.

Yes 20 inch barrel does limit my speed. Will use the .270 for longer work.
