What I am seeing here is that BRF (burn rate factor) relative to default is unbelievably high, indicating the bullet may be in the rifling.
Your 63.3 grain load is already at 67065 psi !!!!
Your chronied speeds should be at least 70-100 fps slower that what you measured.

Thanks Dale.
I will go and measure Max TPL and give feedback.
But it hard to believe that the bullet is in the lands .... 2.860 inches is SAAMI spec?
Will let know asap.
Kind regards,
Leon.

Leon.
You are correct in saying that your current COL is SAAMI spec but remember that it is maximum SAAMI spec and the max COL for your rifle will depend on the chamber and more so the bullet taper and where the ogive of the bullet sits. A round nose will have a much shorter max COL in comparison to a spitzer shaped bullet.
As a matter of interest and to double check myself I reverse calculated Hogdon's data with a 180 grain Scirocco,24 inch barrel and H4350, and their calibrated BRF through the load range was fairly close to quickload default for H4350 from min to max load,
Your BRF was extremely high through your load range from the start.
